Supporting Document Checklist

Once your electronic dossier is logged, the following certified copies (not older than 3 months) must be presented at 748 Richards Drive, Halfway House, Midrand or emailed to [email protected]:

I.: Certified copy of Learner's Birth Certificate or National Identity Document.
II.: Latest official School Academic Report Card or Statement of NSC Results, plus Original Transfer Card (Grades 1–11 transfers).
III.: Certified ID or Passport copies of both Parents / Legal Guardians (plus valid Study Permit for international learners).
IV.: Proof of Residential Address (municipal utility account or lease agreement) and 4 recent ID-sized colour photographs.
V.: Proof of non-refundable Registration Fee payment via FNB EFT (R 1,500 Day/Online · R 1,000 Matric Rewrite).

2026 Registration Fees & Cash-Free Policy

Non-refundable registration fees: R 1,500 (Day & Online School) or R 1,000 (Matric Rewrite). All payments must be deposited via FNB EFT (Acc: 63188300669, Branch: 250805) — cash is strictly not accepted on campus.
